Payment Policy

• Experts never pay to use Aethel.
• Companies choose a plan on our pricing page.

• Plans are monthly subscriptions. Your plan renews each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe checkout page.
• You enter card details on Stripe. Aethel never sees or stores full card numbers.
• The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Email support@aethel.pro from your account email with your company name and the change you want. We make the change in Stripe and confirm by email. Once we confirm a cancellation, you will not be charged again.

If you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong, email us. We look at each refund request individually. We reply within 2 business days. Replies come from Aethel's AI support assistant. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

If a company and an expert agree to work together, the terms of that work, including pay, are between them.

Never send card numbers, bank details, or passwords by email. We will never ask for them. If you have a billing question, email support@aethel.pro and include your company name.
