Aethel runs realistic AI interviews for experts and gives hiring teams an honest, evidence-based write-up of each one.
Why we built it
Interviews are hard to schedule, they vary from one interviewer to the next, and the person being interviewed rarely learns what was actually judged.
We think an interview can be useful to the hiring team and respectful to the candidate at the same time. Experts take a short AI interview whenever it suits them and read their own results. Hiring teams read the transcript and see the quotes behind every score.

The interviewer is an AI, and it says so. We never present it as a person.
Candidates see their results
Experts can read their own transcript and scores, and choose who sees them.
Show the evidence
Every score quotes the candidate’s own words. When there isn’t enough evidence, we say so instead of guessing.

Aethel helps teams review interviews. The hiring decision belongs to the team, not to us and not to an AI.
Free for experts
Experts never pay to apply, interview, or read their results. Companies pay for Aethel.
